Full Basement Finish in North Canton
This North Canton family had an unfinished 1,200-square-foot basement with concrete floors, exposed joists, and a single light bulb. They wanted a multipurpose space: a family room for movie nights, a play area for the kids, and a small bar area for hosting friends during football season.
We framed the entire space, installed moisture-resistant drywall, ran dedicated electrical circuits for the TV wall and bar, and laid LVP flooring throughout. The bar features a custom quartz top with pendant lighting. The project was completed in five weeks, on budget, with zero moisture issues since completion.
