Golf Simulator Installation in Northeast Ohio
Ohio gives you about five good months of golf weather. A home golf simulator gives you the other seven. Stark Elite Home Solutions builds dedicated golf simulator rooms that turn your basement into a year-round driving range, practice facility, and virtual course experience. While your buddies are stuck on the couch watching golf in January, you are swinging a real club at Pebble Beach from the comfort of your own home.
We do not just mount a screen on a wall and call it done. We build the entire room: proper ceiling height assessment, custom enclosure framing with padding and netting, commercial-grade impact screens, premium artificial turf with proper foam underlayment, dedicated electrical circuits for the launch monitor and projector, and controlled lighting that eliminates glare. Cody and Brian handle the construction while you pick the simulator technology that fits your game and budget.
Everything You Need for Year-Round Golf
A proper golf simulator room requires more than technology. It requires expert construction. Here is what Stark Elite builds for golfers across Stark and Summit Counties.
Custom Enclosure Build
Framed enclosures with impact-absorbing padding, side netting, and ceiling protection. Designed to handle full-speed driver swings safely without damaging your basement walls or ceiling.
Impact Screen & Projector
Commercial-grade impact screens that absorb golf ball strikes while displaying crystal-clear visuals. Short-throw projectors positioned and calibrated for zero shadow interference.
Premium Turf Installation
Commercial-grade artificial turf with foam underlayment that simulates fairway feel. Separate hitting mat zones for different club types and practice drills.
Lighting & Electrical
Dedicated electrical circuits for simulator hardware, dimmable overhead lighting to eliminate screen glare, and LED accent lighting for ambiance when you are not swinging.
Technology Integration
We prepare the room for any major simulator platform: Trackman, FlightScope, SkyTrak, Garmin Approach, or Uneekor. Proper mounting points, cable management, and data connections.
Lounge Area Integration
Seating, a small bar or beverage station, and storage for clubs and accessories. Because the best simulator rooms are also great hangout spots for when you invite your foursome over.
Dedicated Sim Room in North Canton
A North Canton homeowner and avid golfer wanted a dedicated simulator room in his basement. He had the technology picked out (a FlightScope Mevo+ with E6 Connect software) but needed the room built to proper specifications. His basement had 9-foot ceilings, which is tight for a full driver swing but workable with the right setup.
We built a custom 12×16-foot enclosure with padded walls, a commercial impact screen, and overhead netting that allows a full swing with a driver at his 6-foot-2-inch height. Premium turf with a landing strip and separate putting green section covers the floor. We installed a short-throw projector on a ceiling mount with a dedicated HDMI run and added a small beverage counter along the back wall with a mini fridge and bar stools. The lighting is on a dimmer circuit so he can eliminate glare during play and set ambient mood lighting during social rounds.
“I play 18 holes three or four times a week now, even in December. My handicap has dropped six strokes since Stark Elite built this room. It paid for itself in saved greens fees already.” Greg H., North CantonView Our Gallery
How Your Golf Simulator Room Gets Built
Building a simulator room right means getting the dimensions, padding, and technology integration correct from the start. Here is how we do it.
Consultation
We measure your basement ceiling height, room dimensions, and assess structural considerations. We discuss which simulator technology you prefer and design the room around your swing and your budget.
Design
We plan the enclosure dimensions, screen placement, projector position, turf layout, lighting, and any lounge area features. Every measurement is based on your height and club selection for a safe, full swing.
Build
Framing, padding, netting, screen mounting, turf installation, electrical, projector setup, and lighting. We build the room while you acquire the simulator hardware. Everything is ready for plug-and-play on move-in day.
Walkthrough
We verify the projector alignment, test the impact screen, check the turf, and make sure you can swing every club in your bag comfortably. You hit your first shot in your new simulator room that same day.
